Provides consultancy to: Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and HACC Program for Younger People (HACC PYP) funded district nursing services and public sector residential aged care services (PSRACS - high level care residents) Avoca, Bendigo, Boort, Castlemaine, Cohuna, Dingee, Dunolly, Echuca, Gisborne, Heathcote, Inglewood, Kerang, Kyabram, Kyneton, Lockington, Maldon, Manangatang, Maryborough, Mildura, Murrayville, Nyah West, Ouyen, Patchewollock, Pyramid Hill, Quambatook, Red Cliffs, Robinvale, Rochester, Rushworth, Sea Lake, Swan Hill, Underbool and Woodend.

Instructions for printing Wound Photography Labels

  1. Print on Office Max 1950738 / Avery J8563-25 Label stock sheets.
  2. Label size 99.1 x 38.1mm, 14 labels per sheet (2 columns / 7 rows)
  3. Make sure you print the document at its actual size - never 'shrink to fit'
  4. Each time you print, check accuracy of printed ruler against a real ruler
  5. Use as a single use item, only for photos (ie not for precise wound measurement), and always obtain client consent
